How Do I Use Bio-Patch Foot Pads?

1) There are two patches in each plastic bag. After opening, separate
  one patch from another and then level out the powder in the bag to
  distribute it evenly.

2) Peel off the large middle section of the self-adhesive strip and then
  attach the patch to it. Remember that the side with the lettering
  should be applied to the adhesive strip.

3) Peel off the protection from the rest of the adhesive sheet and apply
  it to the sole of the foot.
